Honestly, this is the best place I’ve ordered from in a LONG time. The quality of the items were top notch, delivery was quick and the customer service was even better.
I had accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of the mirror signs, I tried to cancel the order however I couldn’t figure out how to so I just ordered a new one in the correct size.
I then received an email from Nicola asking if I had meant to order two of the same items, I explained what I had done to her and she very kindly refunded me for the wrong one.
She was so kind and unbelievably vigilant to even notice this and to then also reach out to me to double check!!
This is customer service I personally have never received before! She even went the extra mile to put the print I ordered in the first lot into the right size package so they came together!
I honestly couldn’t recommend this shop anymore!

I had a bit of a mixed experience with my order. The custom prints I ordered were lovely and I was really pleased with how they turned out. I’d love to see more colour options available for custom designs in the future, as I think that would make them even better.
I also ordered the £99 Dopamine Mystery Box and unfortunately felt a little disappointed with this. I didn’t personally feel that the contents reflected £99 worth of products, so it didn’t feel like particularly good value for money. I was also a bit confused that the “mystery box” didn’t actually arrive in a box. I appreciate this may be me taking the wording quite literally, but I had genuinely expected a box/unboxing experience, especially at that price point.
There were definitely things I liked, particularly the custom prints, but I think the mystery box could be improved in terms of value, presentation and making it clearer what customers can expect.
I bought two large patterned vinyl mirrors, one for each of my adult daughters on their next birthdays. I was really pleased with the look and the quality of both mirrors, and I'm sure my daughters will love them!
