Where is my order coming from?
Everything is designed and created in the UK.
Where is my confirmation email?
In your junk folder.
But if for some reason it’s not in there, just email hello@printedweird.co.uk with your full name & address and we can help.
How long does it take to receive my order?

We don’t ship orders out on weekends.

Shipping is calculated by weight and size of parcel at checkout.
Greeting Cards & Letters - Royal Mail First Class
Large Letters & Parcels - Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours
International & Europe - Royal Mail International Tracked
Your parcel may be subject to taxes and handling fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot predict what they will be as they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are no surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Are your Mirror's Glass?
No, instead they are made from high quality mirrored acrylic. Acrylic is lightweight, shatterproof and safe to handle, so don't worry about 7 years bad luck!
Do you create custom/personalised prints?
We do have different sections on the website offering personalised prints or mirrors. However, we can customise any of the items available to a different colour scheme, changing quotes, or adding in text.
Just drop us an email and we can try our best to accommodate!

What is your returns policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchasing.
If for some reason you need to return an item, contact us either through the contact page or hello@printedweird.co.uk and we can provide the return address & details.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer free returns.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged.
